Big Bear Grills ships online orders within the continental U.S., and to Alaska. We do not ship to P.O., APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
We use UPS Ground shipping for most internet orders. Deliveries take an average of 7 business days to arrive. Orders can take up to 24 hours to process, and may not ship until the following business day.
BIGBEARGRILLS.COM RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price within 45 days. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.
ALL THE PARTICULARS OF BIG BEAR GRILLS’ RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Big Bear Grills via phone, or our website: www.bigbeargrills.com. You can return your product(s) up to 45 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 45 days from the original date of shipment.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment.

If you place your order online and decide it’s not for you, please give our Customer Service department a call at 1-(833) BBG-RILL within 24 hours of purchasing. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, the purchase will fall under our return policy.
